ROOM RATES:
Organiser will book room by your registration (with a special rate for us).
Single room - 1 person - 99,00 € per room per night
Twin room - 2 persons - 115,00 € per room per night
Rates are valid for Friday and Saturday night.
Only a limited number of rooms are available with same price for Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday (Council members + some more rooms).
Reservation and payment of the accommodation will be made through the single-step registration (link above).

Chef’s Choice Buffet (description in Appendix), prepared at hotel in Backstage restaurant, price 33,00 € and need to be reserved by the Seminar registration form.
Seminar Registration is mandatory to All participants, and it includes Seminar participation fee, reservation of all meals and social events.

SEMINAR COSTS
All seminar sessions will be held at Hotel STAGES Congress Center (rooms are: Beat, Voice, Sound, Meet & Eat and Ovation). There will be navigation LED Screens from the lobby.
Seminar Rooms are paid by from the budget of the organising Councils.
SEMINAR FEE
There will be a Seminar Fee to cover coffee breaks, lecture facilities, mandatory personnel and other administrative costs.
Seminar Fee - 39,00 € per participant.
Registration to the Seminar and payment of the Seminar Fee will be included in the single-step registration.
